Bellman – Luxury Hotel Guest Services

About the role

We are seeking a professional, friendly, and dedicated Bellman to join our dynamic team at The Ned Doha. As the first point of contact for guests, you will provide a warm welcome, assist with luggage and transport needs, and answer general hotel inquiries, ensuring a seamless and luxurious experience from arrival to departure.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, professional welcome.
• Assist guests with luggage, ensuring safe transport to and from rooms.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Coordinate with the valet team to ensure smooth guest transportation.
• Escort guests to their rooms and familiarize them with room features.
• Assist with guest requests such as arranging transport, directions, or room service.
• Maintain clean and welcoming lobby, entrances, and hallways.
• Handle guest inquiries or complaints promptly and escalate when necessary.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, customer service, or hospitality role preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Polished, professional appearance and ability to lift heavy luggage.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
