Bid Management Consultant (IT Managed Services)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Consultant to lead the end‑to‑end bid management process for IT Managed Services. The role involves qualifying opportunities, structuring responses, developing technical and commercial content, and ensuring timely submission of high‑quality proposals.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full bid lifecycle: qualification, planning, content creation, reviews and submission.
• Prepare tender summaries covering requirements, competitive advantages, risks, scope, pricing and compliance.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals for Service Desk, Cloud, Infrastructure, SOC/NOC and Application Managed Services in Arabic and English.
• Define and document SLAs, KPIs, penalties and reward models within proposals and contracts.
• Create diagrams, visualisations and presentation decks for technical architectures and service models.
• Lead presales activities, conduct workshops, and support solutioning teams.
• Collaborate with delivery, finance, legal and operations to ensure alignment and compliance.
• Maintain reusable bid content, templates and sales collateral, and drive continuous improvement of the bid process.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 8‑10 years of IT experience with at least 4 years in bid management for Managed Services.
• Proven track record preparing proposals, commercial models and SLA‑based operating models.
• Experience with Tier‑1/2 service providers and familiarity with ITIL, COBIT, ISO 20000, ISO 27001.
