Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS HCM Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team in Doha. The role combines deep functional knowledge of Oracle Human Capital Management modules with strong technical expertise to deliver end‑to‑end solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead implementation, upgrade and maintenance of Oracle EBS HCM modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Workforce Management, Recruitment and Compensation & Benefits.
• Gather and analyse business requirements, translate them into functional specifications and configure solutions following best practices.
• Develop and support technical components including PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Workflow and BI Publisher, and customize modules using RICEW.
• Perform data migrations, system integrations, conversions and create custom reports using OBIEE and BI Publisher.
• Lead functional workshops, manage test plans, provide training and post‑production support, and collaborate with HR, IT and business stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Human Resources or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as an Oracle EBS HCM Techno‑Functional Consultant with at least two full end‑to‑end implementations.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 HCM modules and HR/payroll business processes.
• Bilingual in English and Arabic with excellent communication skills.
