BIM Coordinator – Doha, Qatar

About the role

Trust Engineering Consultancy is looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to lead the coordination of architectural, structural, and MEP models on large‑scale projects in Qatar. The successful candidate will manage federated BIM models, drive clash detection processes, and ensure compliance with the project BIM Execution Plan.

Key responsibilities

• Lead BIM coordination across Architecture, Structure, and MEP disciplines.
• Develop, manage, and maintain federated BIM models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct clash detection using Navisworks (or equivalent) and oversee resolution workflows.
• Organise and chair BIM coordination meetings with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Ensure models adhere to the BIM Execution Plan and company standards.
• Monitor model quality, accuracy, and data integrity.
• Provide technical BIM support and guidance to internal teams.
• Review and validate models submitted by external consultants and subcontractors.
• Prepare BIM reports, progress updates, and coordination documentation.
• Support project delivery teams in meeting deadlines and quality targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on BIM experience on large‑scale projects.
• Strong background in BIM coordination across multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to join the project immediately.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit.
• Proficiency in Navisworks or similar clash detection software.
• Experience with BIM coordination workflows and federated model management.
