About the role

The Summer College Preview Program (SCPP) in Qatar seeks an experienced Business Administration instructor to lead a three‑week intensive course for high‑achieving high‑school students. The role involves delivering daily lectures, providing additional academic support, and engaging in community‑building activities.

Key responsibilities

• Teach a 2‑hour Business Administration class each day for a total of 30 instructional hours.
• Hold daily office hours and tutoring sessions (2 hours per day) to support student learning.
• Participate in evening and weekend community‑building activities as part of the program.

Required profile

• Demonstrated ability to teach and mentor secondary‑school students.
• Comfort with a fast‑paced classroom environment.
• Sensitivity to linguistic and cultural differences.
