About the role

Qatar Airways is seeking confident, caring and dependable individuals to join its award‑winning Cabin Crew team in Doha. As a cabin crew member you will represent a global airline, delivering a world‑class experience to passengers across a network of more than 160 destinations.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming and safe environment for passengers from boarding to arrival.
• Prioritise safety, security and passenger wellbeing on every flight.
• Assist passengers throughout their journey, handling unexpected situations with professionalism and calm.
• Collaborate with colleagues from diverse cultural backgrounds to ensure seamless service.
• Uphold the airline’s standards of warmth, pride and professionalism.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in hospitality, customer service, aviation or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Minimum height of 212 cm with arms fully extended.
• Completed at least 10 years of formal education with official documentation.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a people‑focused attitude.
• Good health, physical fitness and ability to meet Qatar employment visa requirements.
• Willingness to relocate to Doha, Qatar.
