Resort Operation Manager

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Resort Operation Manager to lead daily resort operations across all departments. The role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences while maintaining high service standards and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily resort operations, ensuring all departments work together efficiently.
• Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate resort staff while fostering a positive work environment.
• Address guest concerns promptly and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
• Assist in preparing and managing budgets, control operational costs, and maximize revenue opportunities.
• Oversee property maintenance, ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Collect and analyze guest feedback to implement service improvements.
• Provide regular reports on operational performance and KPIs to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in resort, hotel, or hospitality operations management.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and irregular hours as needed.
