Cluster Learning and Development Manager

About the role

The Cluster Learning and Development Manager will lead training initiatives for Al Messila and Sharq Village & Spa, ensuring that all learning activities are aligned with the organization’s mission and vision. Working closely with property leadership, you will identify development needs, design programs, and measure their impact on business results.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and promote employee training programs across the cluster.
• Conduct needs assessments, design curricula, and facilitate both custom and corporate training sessions.
• Evaluate training effectiveness by monitoring attendance, gathering feedback, and analyzing performance data.
• Partner with operational leaders to ensure transfer of learning to daily operations.
• Develop training plans and budgets that support strategic objectives.
• Incorporate adult‑learning principles into all program designs.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience, **or** a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with no experience required.
• Certified trainer status.
