Consultant – Management Consulting (Middle East)

About the role

Oliver Wyman is looking for a Consultant to join its Core Consulting Group covering the Middle East. You will work on client projects, conduct research, analyse data and turn findings into clear insights that drive strategic decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams and clients worldwide to solve complex business problems.
• Conduct research, gather data, run surveys and interviews, and synthesize information into actionable insights.
• Analyse problems, identify patterns, test hypotheses and structure recommendations for client decision‑making.
• Prepare client‑ready deliverables such as presentations, workshops and analytical reports.
• Travel within the home market and internationally as project needs dictate.
• Develop core consulting skills from day one, including problem structuring, clear communication and priority management.
