Sales Executive

About the role

The Sales Executive will work on‑site in Doha, driving new business for integrated security, ELV, automation and fire protection solutions. You will build client relationships, present technical proposals and help the company meet its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities across the Qatar market.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts and close deals.
• Coordinate with technical and project teams to develop solution designs.
• Conduct market research, track competitor activity and capture customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and report on sales performance.
• Represent the company at client meetings, industry events and other engagements.

Required profile

• Proven sales experience, preferably in security systems, ELV, automation or fire protection.
• Strong relationship‑management, negotiation and customer‑service skills.
• Ability to conduct market research, prepare proposals and present technical solutions in a business‑focused manner.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of the Qatar market and local regulations related to security and fire systems is a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical, project and operations teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
