Director of Food & Beverage – Outlets

About the role

Join the luxury hospitality team at Raffles & Fairmont Doha as the Director of Food & Beverage – Outlets. You will lead the strategic vision and commercial performance of all restaurant, bar and lounge concepts, ensuring a distinctive luxury experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the strategic F&B outlet vision aligned with brand positioning and business objectives.
• Lead commercial, operational and financial performance of all outlets, driving revenue, profitability and market positioning.
• Develop budgets, forecasts and business plans with ownership of revenue, GOP, cost and productivity KPIs.
• Drive revenue optimisation through pricing, menu engineering, programming, promotions and strategic partnerships.
• Coach and develop the F&B leadership team, building a strong talent pipeline and succession plan.
• Represent F&B at Executive Committee level and contribute to the broader strategic direction of the hotels.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 8–10 years progressive F&B leadership experience in luxury or five‑star hotels.
• Proven track record leading multiple restaurants, bars and high‑volume outlets.
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in revenue growth, profitability and cost management.
• Experience with luxury international hotel brands and multicultural environments.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills; fluent English.
