Electrical Installation Engineer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Installation Engineer to lead the installation, testing, commissioning and maintenance of electrical infrastructure projects. The role involves ensuring that all electrical works meet project specifications, safety standards and quality procedures while coordinating with contractors and stakeholders on site.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor electrical installation activities at project sites.
• Verify that all works follow approved drawings, specifications and safety regulations.
• Coordinate installation, testing, commissioning and hand‑over activities.
• Monitor contractor performance and enforce technical and quality requirements.
• Review engineering drawings, technical documents and material submittals.
• Conduct site inspections and validate installation quality.
• Support testing and commissioning for LV, MV and related electrical systems.
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, inspection records and project documentation.
• Identify project risks and propose mitigation measures.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8–10 years of experience in electrical installation, construction, testing, commissioning or utility infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in site supervision and large‑scale infrastructure or utility projects.
