Enterprise/Senior Solution Architect – TOGAF (Azure, ERP/CRM)

About the role

Nair Systems LLC is seeking an experienced Enterprise or Senior Solution Architect to lead architecture governance for its Qatar operations. The role focuses on designing and maintaining enterprise‑wide reference architectures across application, integration, cloud and data domains while ensuring alignment with business capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise architecture principles and a comprehensive documentation repository.
• Define reference architectures for application, integration, Azure cloud and data layers.
• Establish and run architecture review processes, monitoring compliance with standards.
• Lead application portfolio rationalization for Oracle Fusion, Yardi, Salesforce and BI platforms, identifying overlaps, assessing total cost of ownership and recommending consolidation.
• Assess current point‑to‑point integrations, design target‑state integration architecture, select middleware platforms and define API governance standards.
• Design event‑driven or service‑based integration patterns, canonical data models and ensure scalability and resilience of the integration layer.
• Define Azure architectural standards, validate workload placement, align with security frameworks and guide cost‑optimization.
• Ensure consistent cross‑system data flows, align integration design with BI requirements and support enterprise data governance.

Required profile

• 12+ years of enterprise IT experience.
• 5+ years in Enterprise or Senior Solution Architecture roles.
• Proven experience with multi‑application ecosystems and integration architecture.
• Strong background in Azure cloud environments and ERP + CRM coexistence.
