Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

As an Executive Talent Acquisition Specialist you will lead the search for senior leadership talent (Vice President and above) for Qatar Airways Group. Working closely with Executive TA Business Partners and senior stakeholders, you will provide strategic market insights and ensure a seamless candidate experience from identification through selection.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market mapping and build talent pipelines for senior leadership roles.
• Manage open, future and market mapping search projects, meeting quality, time‑to‑hire and cost‑to‑hire standards.
• Develop search strategies based on market research, talent movement and stakeholder input.
• Draft candidate reports, progress updates and shortlist presentations with high attention to detail.
• Share industry insights, recruitment best practices and innovative digital tools with the Executive Recruitment team.
• Advise stakeholders on workforce trends using data and talent intelligence.
• Partner with Executive On‑boarding and HR Business Partners to deliver a world‑class candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Promote Qatar Airways’ employer brand, EVP and culture to attract global executive talent.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, diversity objectives and recruitment best practices.
• Continuously improve recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience in executive recruitment or senior talent acquisition, preferably for leadership roles.
• Strong ability to conduct market mapping and build candidate networks.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with senior business partners.
• Analytical mindset to provide market intelligence and workforce trend insights.
• Commitment to high‑quality hiring decisions and meeting quality‑of‑hire metrics.
• Understanding of compliance, diversity and recruitment best practices.
