About the role
The F&B Hostess will support the Food & Beverage operation at Banana Island Resort Doha, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth service delivery in a luxury hospitality environment.
Key responsibilities
- Support overall Food & Beverage operations to maximise guest satisfaction, team performance and business results.
- Promote and maintain high standards of guest service and product quality.
- Ensure a safe, sanitary work environment in line with brand and health regulations.
- Develop and sustain a strong team atmosphere, delivering prompt and courteous service.
- Handle daily team member relations and encourage problem‑solving through training and empowerment.
Required profile
- College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
- Passion for leadership, teamwork and delivering operational excellence.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent guest service skills.
