About the role

Join Marriott International’s Hotel Internship Program as an F&B Kitchen Intern and gain hands‑on experience in a world‑class hospitality environment. You will work alongside seasoned kitchen professionals at the St. Regis property on The Pearl Island, learning the daily operations that keep a luxury hotel’s food and beverage service running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Assist kitchen staff with ingredient preparation, cooking, and plating under supervision.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Support inventory management by receiving deliveries and tracking stock levels.
• Observe and learn kitchen workflow, equipment usage, and service coordination.
• Participate in daily briefings and contribute ideas for improving efficiency.

Required profile

• Current college or university student pursuing a degree related to hospitality, culinary arts, or a similar field.
• Strong interest in food & beverage operations and a desire to build a career in hotel management.
• Ability to work full‑time, follow instructions, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills
