About the role

The Grand Hyatt Doha is seeking a dedicated Female Fitness Trainer to lead engaging wellness programs for hotel guests and members. You will create a welcoming, safe environment while promoting healthy lifestyles through personalized training and professional service.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver fitness and wellness programs tailored to guest needs.
• Conduct comprehensive fitness assessments and track progress.
• Provide personalized training sessions using appropriate exercise techniques.
• Uphold Grand Hyatt service standards and ensure a safe workout environment.
• Promote healthy lifestyle choices and motivate participants.

Required profile

• Certified Fitness Trainer or equivalent qualification.
• Previous experience in a luxury hotel, fitness club, or wellness facility is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of fitness training, exercise techniques, and guest service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for health, wellness, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
