About the role
The Fleet Coordinator will support daily fleet operations, ensuring vehicles are allocated correctly and field teams have the resources they need. This role is essential for maintaining smooth logistics and safe vehicle usage across Qatar.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate vehicle movements and assignments according to operational needs.
- Monitor vehicle condition, report issues, and liaise with maintenance teams.
- Assist operational teams during field activities and ensure compliance with schedules and routing plans.
- Maintain accurate logs and basic operational records for the fleet.
Required profile
- SSC graduate with 3‑4 years of relevant experience in Qatar.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Good knowledge of local roads and routes.
- Experience driving medium‑sized vehicles.
- Physically fit for outdoor and shift work.
Required skills
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
