Senior Procurement & Demand Planner

About the role

The Senior Procurement & Demand Planning Manager will own the end‑to‑end procurement strategy and demand forecasting for Snoomart’s grocery Q‑Commerce dark‑store network. Working at the crossroads of Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance, you will translate sales and category plans into accurate forecasts, resilient supplier contracts and optimized inventory.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the full demand forecasting process across all categories, integrating historical sales, promotions, seasonality and growth plans.
• Run regular S&OP meetings with Commercial, Category Management and Operations to align forecast, supply and inventory targets.
• Develop and execute category‑level procurement strategies, negotiating pricing, payment terms, rebates and service‑level agreements.
• Build and maintain a supplier segmentation framework, onboarding alternate suppliers to mitigate single‑source risk.
• Set target stock cover and safety stock levels, identify excess or at‑risk inventory and drive corrective actions.
• Coach and develop Procurement Coordinators, establishing SOPs and improving processes in Odoo and related planning tools.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior leadership and act as escalation point for major supply risks.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading procurement and demand planning functions in a fast‑moving consumer goods or Q‑Commerce environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of improving forecast accuracy and inventory efficiency.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to manage supplier relationships at a strategic level.
• Leadership experience, capable of coaching teams and driving cross‑functional collaboration.

Required skills

• Odoo (or similar ERP) for procurement and planning processes.
