About the role
We are looking for a proactive Fleet Team Lead to oversee daily fleet and logistics operations in Doha. The role ensures smooth coordination, high team performance, and strict adherence to safety and operational standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise and manage field teams responsible for fleet activities.
- Monitor daily fleet operations, including scheduling, dispatch, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal operational procedures.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve operational issues promptly.
- Prepare regular performance reports and maintain accurate records.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum five years of experience in logistics or fleet operations, including hands‑on driving experience.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Strong English communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with reporting tools.
- Competence in standard computer applications for data handling.
