Food & Beverage Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our resort’s F&B team. In this role you will help drive guest satisfaction, support team performance and contribute to the overall success of our hospitality operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily Food & Beverage operations to ensure high quality service and product standards.
• Maintain a safe, sanitary work environment in line with brand and health regulations.
• Lead and motivate team members, handling daily relations and fostering problem‑solving through training and empowerment.
• Monitor guest feedback and take proactive steps to enhance satisfaction.
• Support business results by promoting efficient service delivery and adherence to operational procedures.

Required profile

• College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
• Strong passion for leadership, teamwork and attention to detail.
• Excellent guest service skills.
