About the role
We are looking for a Front Office Agent to be the first point of contact for guests at Fairmont Doha. The role involves delivering personalized luxury service from arrival through departure, ensuring each interaction reflects the brand’s high standards.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, provide personalized assistance and create memorable experiences throughout their stay.
- Manage check‑in and check‑out processes with accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail.
- Handle reservations, room allocations, billing and payment transactions in line with hotel policies.
- Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to inquiries, requests and concerns with professionalism.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of hotel services, facilities, promotions and local attractions to enhance guest experiences.
- Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Concierge, Reservations and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
