Front Office Manager

About the role

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company is seeking a Front Office Manager to support daily front office operations at its Doha property. The role assists the Front Office Manager in supervising Bell staff, switchboard, and guest services, ensuring seamless check‑in and check‑out experiences for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day front office functions, including Bell/Door staff, switchboard, and front desk operations.
• Ensure efficient check‑in and check‑out processes while maintaining high service standards.
• Handle guest complaints, resolve disputes, and manage grievance procedures.
• Supervise staffing levels to meet operational and financial objectives.
• Communicate business objectives and performance expectations to team members.
• Monitor department performance against property financial goals and implement corrective actions.
• Act as a role model, fostering a collaborative and respectful work environment.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of guest services or front desk experience, OR a 2‑year degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise staff and manage front office operations.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
