Front Office Night Supervisor

About the role

The Front Office Night Supervisor ensures smooth night‑time operations at the JW Marriott Marquis City Center Doha. You will be the primary point of contact for guests and internal teams, handling check‑ins, cash handling, and any issues that arise during the night shift.

Key responsibilities

• Complete cashier duties and generate closing reports using the hotel’s computer system.
• Review shift logs, document relevant information, and coordinate with Bellperson, Housekeeping, and other departments to resolve guest requests.
• Process guest check‑ins, verify reservations, confirm identity, collect payment, assign rooms, and issue room keys.
• Sell available rooms without prior reservations, ensuring rates match market codes and documenting exceptions.
• Scan and charge outlet checks (e.g., Health Club, Retail) to guest rooms.
• Assist management with training, evaluating, counseling, and motivating staff.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions; complete required safety training.
• Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and adherence to company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related front‑office experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, or sit for extended periods and lift objects up to 25 lb.
