General Manager - Real Estate

About the role

We are looking for an experienced General Manager – Real Estate to lead our Qatar operations. You will be responsible for driving growth, profitability and service excellence across sales, leasing, property and facilities management, finance, HR and business development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual business strategies, budgets, forecasts and growth plans.
• Lead and monitor Sales & Leasing, Property Management and Facilities Management teams.
• Drive revenue growth, client retention and achievement of financial targets.
• Oversee property management operations, leasing activities, service delivery, contractors and client relationships.
• Collaborate with Finance and HR on budgeting, financial reporting, manpower planning, policies and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with real‑estate regulations, contracts, leases, insurance and company policies.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop additional revenue streams.
• Monitor KPIs, operational performance and prepare management reports.
• Lead, motivate and develop cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in real estate with strong exposure to Property Management, Sales & Leasing and Facilities Management.
• Proven senior‑management experience in business development, budgeting, forecasting and P&L responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of real‑estate operations, property management and commercial strategy.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, analytical and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to interpret lease agreements, contracts and regulatory requirements.
• Relevant degree, diploma or professional qualification preferred.
