GM Assistant & Sales Coordinator

About the role

The General Manager Assistant & Sales Coordinator will provide essential administrative support to the General Manager while ensuring smooth sales operations. Based in Doha, this role bridges the sales team, internal departments and customers to deliver timely and accurate service.

Key responsibilities

• Support the sales team with quotation preparation, order processing and daily coordination activities.
• Coordinate with planning, logistics and finance to guarantee timely order execution.
• Follow up on quotations, approvals and customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales records, backlog tracking and regular reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines and documentation standards.
• Prepare reports, presentations and track key actions for the General Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational, communication and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
• Good command of English; Arabic is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
