About the role
As a Guest Service Center Agent you will be the first point of contact for our guests, anticipating their needs and delivering exceptional service. You will work closely with all hotel departments to ensure a seamless and memorable stay for every visitor.
Key responsibilities
- Handle guest inquiries and requests promptly and courteously.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of room types, rates, facilities, food and beverage outlets, spa promotions, and other property services.
- Take personal responsibility for the quality of guest service and ensure it meets the highest standards.
- Follow up on guest satisfaction issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Suggest innovative alternatives to meet guest needs.
- Collaborate with all hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Participate in hotel events, shift briefings, and training sessions.
Required profile
- Strong focus on customer service.
- Prior experience in hotel front‑office operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills; fluency in English and Arabic is an asset.
- Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred.
