Guest Services Agent – Front Office

About the role
Join the Front Office team at Mandarin Oriental Doha as a Guest Services Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests, delivering the brand’s legendary service and ensuring a seamless stay from check‑in to check‑out.
Key responsibilities
- Greet, check‑in, and escort guests promptly to their rooms.
- Address special guest preferences recorded in guest history profiles.
- Manage cash drawer, cash float, and produce cash‑related reports in line with the MODOH Controller’s Policy.
- Collaborate with Concierge, Housekeeping, Reservations, and Room Service to fulfil guest requests.
- Communicate clearly with the Night Duty Manager and Accounting Department.
- Maintain a good working knowledge of hotel outlets and products.
Required profile
- Friendly, enthusiastic, and sociable with a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Minimum 1 year of Front Office experience and at least 2 years in a 5‑star hotel environment.
- Previous experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office products and hotel management systems (HMS).
