Heart of House Manager

About the role

Join Hilton’s Hotels team as a Heart of House Manager and be the catalyst for exceptional guest experiences. You will lead daily housekeeping operations, ensuring every guest enjoys a clean, welcoming environment that reflects Hilton’s commitment to hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Lead housekeeping operations, including system management, budgeting, forecasting, inventory control and policy implementation.
• Maintain high‑quality standards of cleanliness and service across guest rooms, public areas, restrooms, offices and meeting spaces.
• Partner with Property Operations and other departments on rehabilitation and capital improvement projects to enhance facilities.
• Develop and motivate a high‑performing team through performance management, professional development and recognition programmes.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, especially regarding the proper use of chemicals and cleaning supplies.

• Ability to manage budgets, forecast needs and control inventory.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across multiple departments.
