About the role

As a Hostess at Nomad Hospitality Group’s exclusive concept Dokya, located in the heart of Souq Waqif, Doha, you will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout their dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage reservations and coordinate seating arrangements efficiently.
• Greet guests, escort them to their tables, and address any inquiries.
• Answer phone calls professionally, handling reservations and guest requests.
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
• Collaborate with the service team to uphold NHG’s standards of excellence.
• Assist in resolving guest concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.

Required profile

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with guests and team members.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in reservation management or similar front‑of‑house roles.
• Exceptional communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Professional phone etiquette and the capacity to remain poised in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
