About the role
Join the Front Office team at Mandarin Oriental, Doha as a Concierge, delivering five‑star guest experiences in a stylish urban retreat. You will act as the primary point of contact for guests, anticipating their needs and creating memorable, personalized moments throughout their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Engage guests in focused conversations to uncover personal preferences and tailor recommendations.
- Proactively anticipate and fulfill guest requirements, ensuring a seamless and unique experience.
- Provide clear directions and assistance for guests traveling outside the hotel.
- Record all guest requests, reservations, and confirmations daily using the GoConcierge system.
- Communicate important details to management and colleagues regarding events, resources, and potential challenges.
- Assist guests with booking sightseeing, shopping, cultural activities, and airline flights.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a 5‑star hotel environment.
- At least 1 year of experience in Concierge, Guest Relations, or Front Office roles.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Previous experience in the Middle East is an advantage.
Required skills
- Proficiency with the GoConcierge reservation system.
