Housekeeping Supervisor

About the role

Souq Waqif Boutique Hotels is looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping operations across rooms, public and common areas. The successful candidate will ensure the property maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of cleanliness throughout all guest rooms, public spaces and back‑of‑house areas.
• Build and nurture professional relationships with housekeeping staff, guests and external contractors.
• Support the team in delivering excellent cleaning services and oversee daily on‑the‑job training for all cleaning employees.
• Maintain accurate financial, maintenance and inventory records, ensuring budgetary compliance.
• Monitor and control operating supplies, replacements and consumables.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a housekeeping team in a hotel or similar hospitality environment.
• Experience handling budgets, supplies and inventory control.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow and set cleaning standards.
