HR Business Partner (HRBP)

About the role

Madre Integrated Engineering is looking for an HR Business Partner in Doha. The role leads the recruitment process for assigned clients and acts as the single point of contact for client management and employee engagement activities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the recruitment process for assigned clients
• Create job descriptions according to client requirements
• Screen CVs, job applications and candidate legal documents for authenticity
• Conduct interviews by phone, video or in person
• Organize job offer letters, facilitate visa processes and handle onboarding requirements as requested by the client
• Build a professional relationship with clients by addressing their concerns and queries
• Manage post-hiring procedures and the ongoing employee life cycle

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Management Studies, Humanities or Social Sciences
• Experience recruiting and mobilizing manpower at client sites
• Experience with Vietnam or South African labor laws, and recruitment in those countries

Required skills

• Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) experience preferred
• Zoho Recruit experience preferred
