HR Generalist

About the role

Tafaseel BPO is hiring an HR Generalist in Doha, Qatar, to oversee a wide range of human resource functions. The role covers employee relations, payroll, compliance and employee lifecycle management, helping to foster a positive workplace culture, maintain legal compliance and ensure accurate, timely HR processes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee relations issues, guide employees and managers, investigate complaints and grievances, and develop employee relations policies, procedures and training.
• Run the full payroll process so salaries, bonuses and deductions are calculated accurately and paid on time, in line with Qatar Labour Law and wage protection regulations, and handle tax withholding and reporting.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personal details, salary and tax data, and manage changes such as new hires, terminations and promotions.
• Handle end-of-service benefits, including gratuities and annual leave encashment.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar Labour Law and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in payroll systems and HRIS.
