HR Officer

About the role

Nord Anglia Education is seeking an HR Officer to join Etqan Global Academy in Doha. The role supports HR operations across the school, ensuring a structured, compliant, and efficient function that underpins school leadership and staff wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver day‑to‑day HR operations and maintain accurate, compliant employee records (both digital and physical).
• Prepare contracts, amendments, renewals and official correspondence.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including coordination of visa documentation when required.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment, handling candidate documentation and offer paperwork.
• Prepare monthly payroll inputs in collaboration with Finance and administer employee benefits.
• Provide low‑level employee‑relations support, escalating complex or sensitive matters to the HR Manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in education or a similarly regulated sector.
• Strong knowledge of local labour laws and employment practices (Qatar experience preferred).
• Experience with payroll processes and HR data systems.
• Well‑organised with strong attention to detail and confident communication skills.
