HSE Security Officer

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented HSE Security Officer to join our team at a five‑star resort on Qetaifan Island, Lusail. You will ensure a safe, secure, and compliant environment for guests, staff, and assets by applying health, safety and security standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular security patrols and surveillance of buildings, parking areas and restricted zones.
• Manage access‑control systems, CCTV cameras and alarm systems.
• Identify, assess and document health, safety and security hazards.
• Investigate incidents, accidents and near‑misses, prepare reports and recommend corrective actions.
• Enforce HSE policies, Qatar labour‑law requirements and emergency response procedures.
• Perform safety inspections and audits, maintain accurate records and visitor logs.
• Provide security briefings and HSE training to employees.
• Collaborate with management to develop and improve safety and security initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Security Officer, HSE Officer or similar in a corporate/industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, Qatar labour laws and best practices.
• Physical fitness to perform regular patrols and respond to emergencies.
• Excellent analytical, communication and organizational abilities.
