Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

The Human Resources Coordinator supports the HR team by handling administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, and assisting candidates throughout the application process. This full‑time position is based in West Bay, Doha, and contributes to a smooth and professional HR operation.

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain filing systems for employee documentation.
• Draft and type office correspondence using computer applications.
• Distribute and route mail, and manage HR office supplies and forms.
• Answer phone calls, record messages, and provide front‑desk support to guests.
• Create new employee personnel files and assist walk‑in candidates with application procedures.
• Maintain a clean, accessible space for completing applications, ensuring accessibility for individuals with disabilities.
• Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding HR policies, programs, and guidelines.
• Inform HR management of employee‑relations issues and ensure confidentiality of records.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to the manager.
• Perform other reasonable duties as requested by supervisors.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least one year of related HR or administrative experience.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow company policies.
