About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to oversee the full spectrum of HR activities and support the continued growth of our organization. The role requires a 360‑degree HR professional who can partner with leadership and drive HR excellence across multiple functions.
Key responsibilities
- Lead talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, HR operations, and organizational development.
- Manage end‑to‑end HR functions in a fast‑paced environment.
- Support workforce planning, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and best practices.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including managerial responsibility.
- Proven experience managing comprehensive HR functions.
- Strong knowledge of labor legislation and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
