Information Technology Project Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented IT Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of technology projects across the organization. The role involves coordinating daily project activities, tracking timelines, preparing documentation, and assisting senior project managers in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Track project progress against scope, timelines, and deliverables; coordinate day‑to‑day activities and follow‑ups.
• Assist senior project managers with execution, governance, and manage small projects independently when required.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, meeting minutes, and executive dashboards.
• Utilize PM tools such as Planview (preferred) and JIRA; support governance and process standardisation.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and QA activities, prepare test scripts, track defects, and coordinate resolution.
• Create user guides, SOPs, training materials and conduct end‑user training sessions.
• Assist demand management, resource and capacity planning, and track resource utilisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong organisational, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work collaboratively.

Required skills

• Project coordination and PMO support tools: Planview, JIRA.
• QA testing and UAT coordination, test script preparation, bug tracking.
• Documentation and SOP preparation.
• Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, reporting).
• PowerPoint and dashboard preparation.
• Reporting and data analysis.
