In‑House Graphic Designer – Sports & Events

About the role

We are seeking a versatile in‑house Graphic Designer to join Kotinos and support its athlete representation, sports marketing and event projects. The role combines fast‑paced social‑media design with high‑impact presentation work, requiring strong visual storytelling across both English and Arabic.

Key responsibilities

• Design social‑media assets such as static posts, carousels, Stories, templates, campaign graphics, athlete announcements, match‑day content and partner posts.
• Create engaging presentation decks, proposals, event concepts, partnership pitches, reports and branded documents.
• Develop visual identities for campaigns and apply them consistently across digital, print, event and on‑ground materials.
• Produce event collateral including backdrops, signage, screens, invitations, activation materials and sponsor assets.
• Establish colour palettes, typography, key visual elements and clear brand guidelines for campaigns, events and initiatives.
• Design bilingual layouts in English and Arabic, ensuring typographic clarity and consistency.
• Build editable templates that enable the team to maintain visual consistency across recurring content.
• Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to translate briefs into high‑quality designs quickly.

Required profile

• Proven experience creating social‑media content for brands, preferably in sport, lifestyle or events.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating presentation and pitch‑deck design.
• Excellent eye for typography, layout, hierarchy and bilingual design.
• Ability to receive feedback, make rapid revisions and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and flexible to support urgent, out‑of‑hours requests around live events.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign.
• Basic motion‑graphics or animation abilities.
• Experience designing bilingual (Arabic & English) layouts.
