Printing Machine Operator with Graphic Design Skills

About the role

Lanyardy® is looking for a full‑time Printing Machine Operator who also has strong graphic design abilities. The role blends artwork preparation, operation of various digital printers, and production support to deliver customized lanyards, badges, wristbands and other printed items for events and businesses.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor UV, sublimation, heat‑transfer, card/badge and other digital printing equipment.
• Prepare print‑ready artwork, checking dimensions, bleed, resolution, colors and fonts.
• Perform pre‑press checks, test prints and quality monitoring throughout production.
• Maintain production records, handle routine cleaning and basic preventive maintenance.
• Coordinate with Sales and Operations on job requirements, quantities and deadlines.

Required profile

• Previous experience (at least 1 month) as a printer operator, graphic designer, pre‑press or digital printing operator.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple orders under tight deadlines.
• Willingness to work extended hours for urgent or high‑volume production.
