About the role

The Initiatives & Integrated Services Manager will lead strategic initiatives, drive process transformation, and ensure seamless service integration within the Office of the Vice President – Finance & Administration. This senior position reports directly to senior leadership and is responsible for enhancing operational efficiency across multiple functions.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, evaluate, and control cross‑functional collaboration to achieve strategic objectives.
• Lead business process reengineering, digital transformation, and automation projects in administrative operations.
• Oversee financial management, procurement strategies, and compliance frameworks.
• Mentor, coach, and develop multi‑functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Draft, edit, and present written reports and communications for senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• MBA or EMBA from a reputable institute.
• 8‑10 years of relevant full‑time experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven track record of managing multi‑functional teams and delivering operational efficiencies.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder engagement, and written communication skills.
• Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
