IT Project Manager – Cards and Payments

About the role

Nair Systems is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead complex projects in the Cards and Payments domain for its Qatar operations. The role focuses on delivering end‑to‑end solutions for credit, debit, prepaid cards and e‑payment initiatives while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and close IT projects covering card issuance, digital wallets, tokenisation and related regulatory programmes.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors and regulatory bodies to align scope, timelines and budgets.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests, maintaining comprehensive documentation and governance.
• Monitor project performance against quality standards and ensure successful delivery within agreed parameters.
• Prepare regular status reports and facilitate project steering committees.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in IT project management, preferably within banking, financial services or digital payments.
• PMP certification is required or strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver full‑cycle IT projects on time and within budget.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.
• Readiness to join within two weeks, with a maximum start time of one month.
