Supplier Performance & Compliance Specialist

About the role

The Supplier Performance & Compliance Specialist provides independent oversight of IT supplier performance, contractual compliance, and vendor governance for Mannai Corporation. The role ensures transparency, accountability, and value delivery while aligning with Qatar Government procurement and audit requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor IT suppliers' adherence to contractual terms, SLAs, KPIs, governance requirements and internal policies.
• Conduct periodic performance reviews, compliance assessments and vendor risk evaluations.
• Validate and maintain records of supplier deliverables, milestones, supporting documentation and payment claims.
• Lead supplier performance review meetings, documenting findings, risks, agreed actions, responsibilities and timelines.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate, traceable evidence of supplier performance and compliance.
• Identify contractual deviations, performance issues and compliance risks, recommending corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in supplier/vendor governance, IT contract management, audit or risk.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Strong experience in regulated sectors such as utilities, energy or government in Qatar.
• Hands‑on experience with ERP/e‑Procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and strong analytical reporting skills.
• Familiarity with Qatar Government procurement, governance and audit frameworks.
