IT Supervisor – Hospitality IT Leadership

About the role

Join the hotel’s technology team and lead the design, implementation and maintenance of robust IT systems that enhance guest experiences and streamline operations across multiple properties. You will work closely with property management and the Area Director of Technology Services to ensure technology aligns with corporate objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of IT initiatives across several hotel sites, ensuring alignment with area, cluster and corporate goals.
• Monitor, diagnose and optimise performance of LAN and network servers, managing upgrades, directory structures and preventive maintenance.
• Resolve user‑related technical issues for personal computing, software applications and network connectivity, providing training as needed.
• Oversee implementation, maintenance and upgrades of IT infrastructure in compliance with Hilton Technology Network (HTN) standards.
• Lead major technology projects such as workstation and server refreshes, Wi‑Fi, PBX and point‑of‑sale installations.
• Collaborate with property management to maintain critical site systems and minimise downtime.
• Supervise, coach and develop the IT team, conducting performance evaluations and fostering professional growth.
• Manage shared technology resources, backup procedures and certification requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco or Microsoft.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality systems and IT best practices, with a focus on security, compliance and reliability.
