Junior HR Business Partner – Real Estate & Asset Management

About the role

The Junior HR Business Partner will support the Doha Festival City Mall team by delivering day‑to‑day HR partnership, ensuring alignment with Al‑Futtaim Group policies and Qatar labour law. You will act as the first point of contact for managers and employees, helping to build a high‑performance culture within the real‑estate and asset‑management environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide HR business partnering to assigned units, handling employee queries and basic case management.
• Implement and support HR policies, performance management, workforce planning and employee engagement initiatives.
• Manage onboarding, probation reviews, contract changes and off‑boarding processes.
• Assist with change‑management communication and ensure compliance with company policies and local labour regulations.
• Assess manpower needs, prepare and review budgets and forecasts, and maintain 100 % accuracy in SAP budget documentation.
• Liaise with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition partners, create job requisitions in PeopleHub (SAP), review job descriptions and participate in interview panels.
• Prepare offer letters in line with Qatar compensation structures and Al‑Futtaim SOPs, and coordinate induction plans and joining announcements.
• Monitor onboarding trackers and support probation management.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or 0‑2 years of experience in HR, preferably within real‑estate or retail environments.
• Strong knowledge of Qatar labour law and Al‑Futtaim HR policies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Detail‑oriented with the ability to handle confidential information.
