Recruitment Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Supervisor to lead our recruitment team in Doha, Qatar. This role will drive full‑cycle hiring, ensure alignment with workforce plans, and enhance our employer brand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the recruitment team to manage full‑cycle recruitment processes.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies across job portals, social media, referrals and partnerships.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs such as time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire and hiring conversion rates, driving continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with operations and HR stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and workforce demands.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5+ years of professional recruitment and onboarding experience.
• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and employment law compliance.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (mandatory).

Required skills

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Analytical mindset for interpreting recruitment data and improving strategies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
