About the role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Lead to drive growth and nurture strategic client relationships within the IT and technology sector. The role combines pre‑sales and post‑sales responsibilities, ensuring solutions are aligned with client business objectives and delivered successfully.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and expand relationships with key clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles: lead generation, proposal development, negotiation and closure.
  • Prepare and present techno‑commercial proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to align solutions with requirements.
  • Oversee post‑sales delivery, implementation and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor account performance, produce regular forecasts and reports.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities and emerging technologies.

Required profile

  • Minimum 5 years of account management or sales experience in the IT/technology sector.
  • Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
  • Experience in the Qatar market is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or a related field.
