Lead Power Platform Developer

About the role

We are seeking a Lead Power Platform Developer to join our team in Qatar. The role involves designing, building and maintaining advanced business intelligence and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Build applications with Power Apps and automate workflows using Power Automate.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Create and optimise DAX queries, data models, and SQL queries.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, APIs and other enterprise systems.
• Perform data analysis, transformation and ETL processes.
• Ensure performance optimisation and security compliance for BI solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, business users and technical teams for solution delivery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to dashboards, workflows and applications.

Required profile

• 7‑8 years of overall IT experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Power BI development.
• Proven experience with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Good knowledge of DAX, SQL and data modelling.
• Understanding of ETL concepts and database management.
• Experience integrating Microsoft Power Platform with enterprise applications.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
