Lead Process Improvement Engineer – Facility Management

About the role

The Lead Process Improvement Engineer – Facility Management drives continuous improvement, operational excellence, quality assurance and cost optimisation across Facility Management operations. The role works closely with operational, technical and commercial teams, conducting site visits and analysing service delivery to ensure compliance with contractual and industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct regular site visits and operational assessments to identify performance gaps and risks.
• Review hard and soft FM service delivery and recommend practical improvements.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives, analysing workflows to boost efficiency, productivity, quality and cost.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis for recurring failures and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma, TQM and other recognised methodologies to optimise processes.
• Conduct structured operational, quality and performance audits, develop corrective action plans and support ISO management system implementation.
• Review and optimise SLA and KPI frameworks, develop dashboards and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Support budgeting, estimation and pricing activities from an operational perspective.

Required profile

• Proven experience in facility management or related operational environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with a field‑driven approach.
• Ability to engage with operational sites, clients and internal stakeholders.
• Experience leading improvement projects and managing cross‑functional teams.
